ManageExpress® VoIP provides a secure web-based centralized provisioning and management solution, effectively deploying and maintaining Cisco's Call Manager (Multi-Tenant), Cisco Call Manager Express (CME) and Unity Express (CUE) products. The diversity of ManageExpress solves VoIP management problems across small to medium sized businesses, large enterprises, retail branches, and service providers wanting to offer managed voice services. Customers will appreciate this intuitive, highly scalable solution for setting-up and managing CCMs, CMEs and CUEs across multiple sites. ManageExpress is a cost effective method for managing networked IP communications devices and offers an excellent choice for customers requiring a reliable, responsive solution for initial deployment, key administrative duties, and day-to-day maintenance activities.

 

Automation of such tasks reduces the chances of human error and enables managers to better deploy existing resources. At the same time, ManageExpress™ VoIP captures operational knowledge into specific templates that can be reused, scheduled based on time, or triggered by asynchronous network events such as SNMP traps.

 

ManageExpress™ VoIP is powered by ArcanaNetworks’ OpsXML™ technology. The ManageExpress modular family of products is aimed at solving specific device management issues by automating the management and deployment of advanced technologies, such as Security, VoIP, and Storage Area Networks.  ManageExpress™ VoIP provides a secure web based front end to the OpsXML™ automation server.

GUI-based and Secure

Allows authenticated access from anywhere using Internet Explorer or Firefox web browsers. The user interface can be configured to use HTTP or HTTPS.

Multi-site Management

Designed to provide centralized VoIP management of one to many thousands of sites. The under laying automation engine (OpsXML) was designed to do service activation for service providers and has been tested with over 260,000 devices.

Hierarchical Structure

Create users at any level in the organizational structure. User access rights propagate down from the level from which they are created.

Call Manager Synchronization

Automated phone MAC address synchronization when using CME as an alternative to SRST in a Call Manager environment.

Bulk operations support

Operations can be applied to multiple sites at a time. For example, updating business schedules across any number of sites.

Audit trail

Keeps track of what operations was performed by who and when. The audit trail includes a detailed device history showing every command sent to the end device.

Rapid support for new devices

Underlying technology of OpsXML allows for device, Call Manager and IOS version differences to be supported rapidly.

Role-based Access Control

Creates, distributes and manages access rights and level of interaction. Create any number of custom user groups controlling access to all menus, tabs, and operations in the system.
